The Super Green Smoothie
Add this smoothie to the whole family’s breakfast routine and you will see the difference ….
Ingredients:
1 Apple (I use pink lady for sweetness but you can use any apple)
1 Cup of Spinach leaves (great for strengthening body, skin and boosting the immune system)
1/2 Cup of Celery (a natural diuretic, full of calcium, magnesium and potassium …good for detox and a colon cleanser)
1/2 Cup Cucumber (naturally hydrating and great for fighting puffiness and bloating)
1 Banana (vitamin B6, magnesium, fibre and full of potassium. Helps balance the body’s sodium levels and great for digestion and preventing constipation)
1 cup Pineapple (a natural diuretic and adds sweetness)
Juice of 1/2 Lemon (a great detoxifying agent, help fight wrinkles and rejuvenates the skin)
Water and ice cubes
Method:
Add all of the ingredients to your blender with 2 cups of water and some ice cups and blitz!

Tip : Chop the ingredients and seal them in freezer bags in your fridge to save time in the mornings!
