Pineapple Ginger Smoothie
Benefits: Aids digestion, eases nausea
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- ½ banana
- ½ tsp fresh ginger
- ½ Cup plain Greek yoghurt
- ½ cup water
- Juice of ½ lime
- Mint leaves (optional)
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Add ice cubes if you want it chilled.
- Taste and adjust ginger for preference — start small if sensitive!
