Pineapple Ginger Smoothie

Benefits: Aids digestion, eases nausea
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ banana
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger
  • ½ Cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup water
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Mint leaves (optional)

 

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes if you want it chilled.
  • Taste and adjust ginger for preference — start small if sensitive!
