INGREDIENTS

4 small cod fillets, cleaned and deboned
1 cup milk
1 cup of fine breadcrumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Handful chopped thyme
1/4 tsp paprika
2oz melted butter

Pour the milk into one bowl and set aside.

In another bowl mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, chopped thyme and paprika.
Dip the Cod fillets in then milk and then in the breadcrumb mix.
Place the fish in a glass baking dish and drizzle with melted butter

Bake in the oven at 200*c until the fish flakes with a fork, usually about 20 mins
