INGREDIENTS
400g tin of chickpeas
3 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp flaxseed oil
3 garlic cloves crushed
1/2 lemon juice
Ground pepper
Pinch cumin
Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor.
Adjust seasoning to taste with freshly ground pepper.
This is tasty healthy dip that can be served with chopped carrot, cucumber, celery or breadsticks for the whole family.
