This smoothie is easy to make and full of nutrients for glowing skin.


 1/2 cup Cucumber chopped

2 cups Spinach or Kale

1 Banana

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 cup of Apples chopped

1 cup of Strawberries

1 cup water / ice optional


Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
